    Services Provided:

• VSUPPORTU offers a variety of digital services including UI design, website & app development, digital marketing, and data services. Each service will be outlined in detail in our proposal or agreement with you.

   

    Payment Terms:

• Payment terms will be clearly stated in our proposal or agreement. By accepting our services, you agree to pay all fees as outlined in the agreement. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension or termination of services.

   

    Ownership of Intellectual Property:

• Any intellectual property developed or created as part of the services shall remain the property of VSUPPORTU unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

   

    Confidentiality:

• We respect your privacy and will treat all information provided to us as confidential. We will not disclose your information to third parties unless required by law.

   

    Termination of Services:

• Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material provision of the agreement and fails to remedy the breach within a reasonable time.

• VSUPPORTU shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the services provided.

   

    Governing Law:
